Living a life of abundance doesn't happen simply by wishing. You can read all about what's healthy for you, become an expert in the department of money, read all about how to attract the perfect mate, yet none of it will bring you the love, health and money abundance you deserve. The three keys of life will not reach you, unless you do something. You've got to be pro active. The eternal student does not become thin, rich or fulfilled in love. The one who starts implementing all that he's learned and acting on it will begin to see results. Are you living your best life?

Here's what you should find in the ingredients:

It's not just the bacteria, but also the toxins...
As we wrote in a previous article "Howie" about how to wash your hands to prevent infection from flu viruses and other bacteria, in this article we write about the kind of soaps that are detrimental to your health. What would be the point of cleaning our hands to kill all that bacteria when on the other hand (no pun intended) we're causing ourselves more harm using these toxic soaps.
The downside to these ingredients that penetrate our skin is that most of them are human carcinogens. One ingredient is triethanolamine, there's evidence that it is an immune system and respiratory toxicant. Studies have shown that it can cause mutations of human cells. In animals, besides bladder and liver cancer, it causes changes in the animals testicles. Polyethylene glycol alters the skin's moisture factor and leaves you more vulnerable to bacteria,...poor Howie. Sodium PCA can create carcinogenic nitrosamine if it's mixed with amines. Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) causes allergic reaction and is linked to cancer as well as tocopheryl acetate and a few dozen other chemicals.
Solution?...Shift to 'organic soaps'. Here's the link for the brief article written on that subject. 'Safe'
The alternative SAFE choice.
Why should we use organic soap?.....Same reason we eat organic food, less toxicity and practically no harmful ingredients.Just as the contents of the food we eat is absorbed into our system, the same could be said for what we put on our skin. Specifically soap.
In one of our articles we wrote about the dangers of the chemicals found in soap, here we write a brief explanation for the reasons why we should switch to organic soap.
Organic soaps contain ingredients produced without the use of fertilizers, pesticides and even herbicides. They also have natural ingredients such as aloe, oats, cinnamon, goat's milk, olive oil, various essential oils and other healthy natural ingredients.
Since there are no toxic chemicals used in the production of organic soap, it is not an air pollutant, it will not run in our water supplies and our soil, it's not only beneficial for our health, but also the environment.
It's the best choice that anyone can make, not just for our environment, but also for our family.
I hear many complaining about how the law of attraction is a sham - but is it?
I had read a book twenty years ago that parallels the entire concept in the movie "the secret"; it was written by Dr. Joseph Murphy, it's called the "power of your subconscious mind". I ate it up, something deep within me felt there was truth to its claims. Reader of ancient scriptures, bible and philosophies; everything seemed to come together. I have met religious people who quickly knock the idea of the law of attraction down, which always leaves me amazed. They simply don't see that the very teachings in the Bible is what today's teachers are expressing in today's language. They fail to see that God is not omitted through these concepts but revealed.
So I read The Power of Your Subconscious Mind over and over until the very concept sunk into my brain, today my everyday lifestyle reflects the teachings I learned from this book. It is easy to comprehend and Dr. Murphy explains the law of attraction in such precise yet simplistic way, it's impossible not to get it. I also combined the teaching with other effective tools such as the "power of kabbalah".
Did I fail at times, hell ya! But that's alright, like riding a bicycle, you get right back up and get back on your path. When using the laws of the universe (the divine laws) I guarantee that your perception will gradually shift. You will get better and better at using the tools and seeing big changes in your life. I do better today than I did when I was first exposed to the The Power of Your Subconscious Mind and The Power of Kabbalah: Technology for the Soul
By the time I saw the movie "the secret" it no longer was a secret. "So what's new!" I exclaimed, the presentation was. However it just scraped the surface, as a result it keeps you from its immense potential. I admit it was a good introduction for those who had never heard of it before, but like any book, an introduction alone doesn't suffice, you need the entire chapters and the conclusion to clearly understand.
"Scientists have proven that your thoughts travels 930,000 times faster than the speed of our voice. No other force or power in the Universe yet known is as
great or quick..."
There is a book out there that can help you harness the full potential and put it to work for you as it did for me. "the11forgotten laws" with the 11 laws, you'll be taken through all the chapters and given deeper insight. This work comes from Bob Proctor who was one of the teachers in the secret, but even he has admited to "The Movie Based on the Law of Attraction is Pop Culture Fluff!" and he gives in his work "the 11 forgotten laws". I think it would have been hours longer. I think they should have made series - personally. But in the meantime I found the 11 forgotten laws to be a immense help in understanding of this powerful tool.
How to wash your hands and why!

It's best to wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds in warm water, washing hands in hot water isn't going to kill all bacteria. Rubbing the hands together and scrubbing all surfaces, between fingers and under the nails.
Drying the hands is also important because bacteria thrive on wet surfaces, and when you dry your hands, use a disposable towel or clean towel. Use a toilet paper to turn off faucet. Very important to thoroughly wash hands before using the toilet, touching your privates with your infected hands, and even wiping yourself could lead to disease and even urinary tract infection...because when you arrive from outside, your hands may have come into contact with a contaminated surface from public places such as a subway and a bus or after you pet an animal.
While you prepare food, especially raw meat and poultry, it's best to wash before and after. Any surface that people touch could contain bacteria, whether it's the toilet or whether you're treating a wound or sneezing in your hands. So as a preventative measure, washing the hands with the steps mentioned above would significantly reduce any infection.
We can see now what Howie's going through each time someone's about to shake his hand !
